Role Description The Hiring MERN Stack Trainer role is a contract, on-site position based in Noida. The trainer will design and deliver structured training modules on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) for corporate professionals, job seekers, and early-career technologists.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing course content and labs, conducting interactive classroom sessions, mentoring learners on projects, and assessing performance through assignments, quizzes, and practical evaluations.



The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align training outcomes with hiring mandates, updating course materials to reflect current industry practices, and supporting placement or assessment activities as needed. The trainer will also provide guidance on best practices in full stack development, coding standards, and deployment workflows to enhance learner employability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust MERN stack skills, including MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
- Candidates should possess solid web development fundamentals, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and responsive design.
- Candidates should possess experience with software engineering practices, including version control (Git/GitHub), debugging, testing, and basic deployment.
- Candidates should possess training and facilitation skills, including curriculum design, classroom delivery, mentoring, and learner assessment.
- Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal skills to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess the ability to customize training content based on corporate requirements and current industry trends.
- Relevant experience as a MERN developer, technical trainer, or corporate instructor is highly beneficial.
