Job DescriptionAssistant Accountant — JustBLR Group (Bangalore, Full time, In-house)
NWe're not looking for someone passing through. We want someone who wants to build real depth in one place and stay.
NYou should be:

n
- Independent on Tally — day-to-day entries, ledgers, vouchers, no hand-holding
N
- Solid on accounting fundamentals — journal entries, ledgers, trial balance
N
- Confident doing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on your own
N
- Comfortable with vendor/purchase reconciliation and basic GST/TDS handling
N
- Looking for stability —2+ years minimum, ideally much longer
N
