Job Overview

NIIT is hiring an HRBP Associate to support the Human Resources Business Partner team across HR analytics, MIS reporting, employee engagement, presentations, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

HR Analytics & MIS

- Maintain HR MIS reports, dashboards, trackers, and employee data.
- Prepare reports related to headcount, employee engagement, and HR metrics.
- Analyze HR data and present key insights.

Presentation & Communication

- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings, business reviews, and town halls.
- Convert HR data into charts, dashboards, and meaningful summaries.
- Support HR communications and engagement campaigns.

Employee Engagement

- Support employee engagement activities, cultural events, team-building initiatives, and wellness programs.
- Coordinate town halls and Rewards & Recognition activities.




- Support employee feedback initiatives and engagement action plans.

HR Operations / HRBP Support

- Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation reviews, performance management, and exit coordination.
- Assist HRBPs with employee queries related to HR policies and engagement activities.

Required Skills
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 02 years of experience in HR Operations, HRBP Support, HR MIS, or Employee Engagement.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
- Strong MS PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with HR data.
- Exposure to HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Darwinbox will be an added advantage.
