Key Responsibilities

- Monitor data and business metrics to identify unusual trends, issues, or opportunities.
- Investigate data and product-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend long-term solutions.
- Support customer queries and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Manage customer portfolio onboarding activities and quarterly data updates.
- Track industry trends and competitor developments in the insurance market and share relevant insights with stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Create reports and dashboards to provide visibility into business and operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with reporting/dashboarding tools such as Power BI.




- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams.
- Experience in customer support, business operations, or product analytics roles.
- Knowledge of insurance claims and Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.

Preferred Experience

- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, product operations, insurance operations, or a similar role.
