- Business Development &
- Revenue: Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth through Executive Education, MDPs and corporate training solutions.

- New Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect and acquire new clients across PSUs, Government organisations, corporates and emerging industry sectors.

- Market Expansion: Explore new companies, industries and geographies to build a strong pipeline of potential clients and business opportunities.

- Target Account Development: Build and maintain a database of 50+ prospective organisations, map key decision-makers and generate qualified leads.

- Lead Conversion &
- Relationship Management: Drive the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting and client meetings to proposal, negotiation, closure and repeat business.

- Existing Client Growth: Develop existing accounts through repeat business, crossselling and customised training solutions.

- MDP Development &

- Execution: Identify market-led training opportunities and execute at least one Open MDP,



ensuring effective participant acquisition and programme profitability.

- Programme Management: Manage vendors, budgets, invoicing, costs and end-to-end programme execution.

- Market Intelligence &

- Innovation: Track industry training needs and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities, innovative programmes and cost-effective approaches.

- Reporting &
- Ownership: Maintain the business development tracker, review progress fortnightly and take ownership of additional responsibilities as required.
