Role Description The Pharma OSD Injectables Unit Head will lead and manage overall operations for the oral solid dosage (OSD) and injectables manufacturing unit in Bahadurgarh, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing production planning, resource allocation, and process optimization to achieve efficiency, safety, and cost-effective output.

The Unit

Head will collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, QC, R&D;, maintenance, and supply chain to maintain smooth plant operations and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include setting performance targets,



guiding team leaders, resolving operational issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also requires close coordination with senior management on capacity planning, audits, regulatory inspections, and strategic expansion of the unit.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills to effectively lead plant teams and support workforce planning.

- Candidates should possess knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal guidelines.

- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills to foster a positive work setting, manage grievances, and support engagement initiatives.

- Candidates should have proven experience in pharma manufacturing operations, preferably in OSD and injectables, with exposure to GMP, regulatory, and quality standards.

- Candidates should have strong leadership, decision-making, and people-management capabilities, with experience handling multi-disciplinary teams.

- Candidates should possess excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage audits and regulatory inspections.

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field is preferred; prior experience as a Plant Head, Unit Head, or similar leadership role in pharma is highly beneficial.
