Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Non-Voice Chat Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide timely assistance through live chat, email, and other written communication channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills, valuable typing speed,



and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through live chat, email, and other non-voice channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Meet defined response time, resolution time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle multiple chats/ Email Support with Customer issues.

Required Skills

- Excellent written English communication.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong comprehension and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations.
- Basic knowledge of computers, CRM tools, email, and chat platforms.
