AS400, COBOL or RPG, DB2, SQL

- Software designing, Technical leadership, Skilled with DB design, Performance Optimisation tools
- Contribute to software development projects by writing, testing, and debugging code, under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collaborate with the team to meet project objectives, actively participating in code reviews and design discussions.
- Assist in the documentation of software requirements and specifications, striving for transparent and effective communication.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, seeking guidance and mentorship.
- Learn and adapt to software development practices and methodologies, actively participating in training programs.
- Contribute to the implementation of best practices and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance your understanding of software architecture and design.




- Contribute to the team's knowledge sharing and learning environment.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience • Relevant experience, 1 to 3 years of relevant software engineering experience • Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies • Basic coding and debugging skills • Effective communication and collaboration abilities • Strong problem-solving mindset • Willingness to learn and adapt to the field Other Qualifications: • Advanced degree in a related field is a plus • Relevant certifications or training a plus

Other Qualifications (good to have):

- Strong SMART/400 Knowledge and DIARY/400 Knowledge.
- Life/400 or Group/400 knowledge, REST API, MSP is a must.
- Advanced degree in a related field is a plus Relevant certifications or training a plus
