We are currently hiring for the Charge Entry Team Lead position. Candidates should have strong experience in the Medical Billing domain with expertise in Charge Entry and proven team handling experience.

Basic Requirements

- Experience: 1 to 5 Years as Team Lead in Charge Entry/Medical Billing
- Specialty: Charge Entry
- Salary: Best in Industry
- Work Mode: WFO (Bangalore Location)
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Shift: Night Shift

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Charge Entry Specialists to ensure productivity and quality targets are achieved.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure timely and accurate charge entry processing.
- Review team performance and provide regular coaching, guidance, and feedback.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of charge entry activities.
- Identify and resolve billing and charge entry discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address operational issues and process improvements.




- Conduct quality audits and implement corrective actions to improve team performance.
- Prepare and analyze productivity, quality, and performance reports.
- Train and onboard new team members on process requirements and client expectations.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage team attendance, leaves, and performance management activities.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Medical Billing and Charge Entry processes.
- Experience in handling teams and driving performance.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
