NWe are growing our schoolnetwork and are looking for an energetic Business Development Manager – School Partnerships who enjoys meeting educators, building relationships and converting meaningful conversations into long-term school partnerships.

NThe Role

nThis is a hands-on, school-facing business development role. You will work closely with the Founder & CEO and take ownership of identifying, engaging and converting schools.

NYour key responsibilitieswill include:

- Reach out to Principals, school owners, management and key decision-makers through calls, meetings and structured follow-ups.

- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective schools and institutional partners.
N
- Conduct school meetings, presentations, product demonstrations and workshops.
N
- Understand each school's requirements and recommend suitable Valuez solutions.
N
- Manage opportunities through the complete business-development cycle—from first conversation to proposal, closure, onboarding and payment follow-up.
N
- Develop relationships with school groups, distributors, dealers and other relevant education partners.
N
- Participate in education conferences, exhibitions and other school-engagement opportunities.
N
- Maintain disciplined lead tracking, follow-ups and sales reporting.
N
- Contribute ideas towards Valuez's broader B2C, parent-connect,



subscription and digital-growth initiatives as the business expands.

nWho We Are LookingFor

N

n
- Minimum 2–3 yearsof prior experience in business development, school sales, EdTech, publishing, education services or a related school-facing role.
N
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
N
- Comfortable speaking with Principals and senior school decision-makers.
N
- Confident in presentations, relationship building and follow-ups.
N
- Ability to independently manage leads and work towards business-conversion targets.
N
- Self-driven, organized and comfortable working in a growing startup setting.
N
- Willingness to travel for school meetings and workshops.
N

nExperience in digital marketing, social media, community building, content marketing or online lead generation will be a strong added advantage.
