Job DescriptionDigital Builder (VDC / Digital Twin) — Mumbai
NIconic projects. Demanding work. Opportunity in Mumbai.
NAmarilla builds exceptional custom homes around the world. These are not standard projects. They are detailed, complex, and technically demanding homes that require discipline, organization, precision, and people who care deeply about the work.
NWe combine traditional construction discipline with advanced digital tools—including BIM—to deliver homes finished to an uncompromising standard.
NWe are looking for an Architect to support our Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Digital Twin process.
NWhat matters most in thisrole is a deep understanding of architecture, design intent, structural and MEP systems, materials, construction detailing, and how extraordinary ideas become buildable work. You should be comfortable working alongside visionary architects and designers, understanding what they are trying to achieve, and helping resolve the technical questions without compromising the quality or ambition of the design.
NRevit is an important working tool, but it is not the job itself. We expect at least 1–2 years of practical Revit experience and comfort working in a coordinated model. However, strong architectural judgment and construction knowledge are more important than advanced software specialization.
NYou will work within Amarilla's established BIM, VDC, and Digital Twin workflows and standards, applying them carefully to complex projects.
NThe Role
nYou willwork closely with our Digital Twin Manager, Project Partner, architects, designers, consultants, vendors, and site teams to develop and maintain the digital representation of each project.
NYour role is to help translate design intent into clear, coordinated, buildable information—while protecting the quality, detail, and ambition of the architecture throughout the construction process.
NThis is a practical, detail-driven role for someone who enjoys solving complex design and construction questions and takes pride in getting the details right.

- Identify coordination issues, constructability questions, and design conflicts early;
clearly communicate them to the appropriate project team members.
N
- Participate in model reviews and clash-detection sessions, supporting the resolution and documentation of open items.
N
- Support site teams and vendors with clear model views, details, visualizations, and coordinated information.
N
- Track design changes, site conditions, approvals, and as-built updates in the project's digital records.
N
- Help verify that installed work reflects the approved design, coordinated information, and Amarilla's quality standard.
N
- Prepare clear coordination updates and visual material for project leadership, architects, and consultants.

N
- Experience working on complex residential, hospitality, high-end interiors, or similarly detail-intensive projects.
N
- Comfort working with visionary architects, designers, consultants, vendors, and site teams while communicating clearly and professionally.
N
- A strong eye for proportion, materials, detailing, and the difference between a drawing that looks valuable and one that can be built well.
