Job Summary: The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.




- Manage and maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials.
- Negotiate job offers and assist with onboarding new hires.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in [industry].
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in recruiting.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
