Hiring: Application Support Engineer – Java & Python

Joining Location: Hyderabad Only

Experience: 5–10 Years

Role: L2.5 / L3 Application Support for Java- and Python-based applications.

Environment: AMS / Production Support

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2.5/L3 production support for Java and Python-based applications.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and production issues.
- Analyze application logs, errors, alerts, and system issues.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and incident/problem management.
- Monitor application health, jobs, services, interfaces, and alerts.
- Use Linux/Unix commands for troubleshooting and log analysis.
- Develop and maintain Java/Python scripts and automation utilities.
- Support deployments, releases, and production validation.
- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure and SRE teams.




- Identify opportunities for automation and incident reduction.
