A typical day

You'll spend most of it on lead the creation and expansion of a current, forex & CFD brand targeting the Indian market. Responsible for building local teams, developing IB and affiliate partnerships, executing the commercial strategy, and driving business growth from market entry through to long-term scale. Applicats from INDIA can be considered now, in short: General, management + Market, expansion + IB & Affiliate, and networks + Forex/CFD + India.

Less often, you'll also interview will be direcrtly with the CEO / Owner. In order not to spend too much time on irrelavant applications - client wants us to provide . BD Commission, and structure - fixed and variable (with details of the latter) 2. IB Payout Structure.

Would you fit?

We're looking for someone with fluent Hindi & English, 10+ years in Business Development, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within Forex/CFD, strong knowledge of the Indian trading market, experience building and scaling commercial teams and business operations, existing network of Indian IBs and affiliates (strongly preferred), xperience with CRM, lead conversion,



CPA/RevShare/Hybrid partnership models, and strategic leadership and P&L; management experience.
