About the Role

Retro Aviation is looking for a confident and experienced Hindi Communication Trainer to conduct guest lectures for our aviation students. The trainer will be responsible for developing students’ practical Hindi speaking and communication skills, with a focus on professional situations encountered in the airline and airport industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive Hindi communication classes for aviation students.
- Develop students’ spoken Hindi, pronunciation, vocabulary, and sentence formation.
- Train students in professional Hindi communication and customer interaction.
- Introduce aviation-related Hindi terminology and commonly used expressions.
- Conduct role plays and practical activities based on airport and airline situations.




- Train students to handle passenger queries and provide assistance in Hindi.
- Build students’ confidence and fluency in spoken Hindi.
- Maintain an engaging, student-friendly classroom workplace.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding class schedules and student progress.

Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent command of spoken and written Hindi.
- Previous experience in Hindi language training, teaching, or communication training.
- Experience in aviation, hospitality, customer service, or a related industry will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct interactive and practical sessions.
- Freshers with strong Hindi communication and teaching skills may also be considered.
