To lead high-value community expansion and coordinate elite family memberships, we are urgently hiring sharp, target-driven sales and relationship specialists.

Position Overview

As our High-Ticket Sales & Customer Relationship Manager, you will handle incoming inquiries from active digital campaigns, consult prospective patrons regarding our premium membership circles (₹51,000 and ₹1,00,000 tiers), book daily consultations, and close high-ticket family registrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Promptly follow up with warm inbound leads generated through Meta campaigns and official web portals.
- Professionally communicate the vision, community privileges, and membership tiers (Utsav Parivar & Maa Lakshmi Core Sewa Sankalp) via phone and video calls.




- Maintain a consistent daily quota of qualified appointments and membership confirmations.
- Engage High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and family heads with polished clarity, dignity, and confidence.
- Maintain lead status inside our CRM to nurture ongoing patron relations.

Requirements

- Proven track record in telesales, high-ticket conversions, luxury goods/services, hospitality memberships, or CRM operations.
- Flawless communication, active listening, and persuasion skills in both English and Hindi.
- Highly self-driven, structured, and comfortable operating autonomously in a remote setup.
- Available to join immediately (within 1–2 days).
