Role of an RO Water Supplier An RO (Reverse Osmosis) water supplier is responsible for providing secure, purified drinking water to homes, offices, businesses, institutions, and other customers.
Key responsibilities
- Water purification: Treat water using RO systems and other filtration methods to remove impurities, dissolved salts, contaminants, and microorganisms.
- Quality control: Ensure the supplied water meets applicable drinking-water quality standards.
- Water storage: Store purified water in clean, hygienic tanks and containers.
- Delivery: Deliver packaged or bulk RO water to customers according to their requirements and schedules.
- Equipment maintenance: Maintain RO plants, filters, pumps, storage tanks, and dispensing equipment.
- Hygiene and sanitation: Keep the purification and delivery facilities clean to prevent contamination.
- Customer service: Handle orders, complaints, delivery schedules, and special water requirements.
- Record keeping: Maintain records of production, quality testing, deliveries, and equipment maintenance.
- Regulatory compliance: Follow applicable local requirements for drinking-water production, packaging, testing, and distribution.
