Role Description The Healthcare Specialist role is a full-time, in office position based in Noida.

The Healthcare

Specialist will provide direct patient support, assist with clinical assessments, and contribute to routine medical procedures under appropriate supervision.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient intake and documentation, supporting treatment plans, and monitoring patient status to ensure timely care. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educating patients and families about care protocols, and participating in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives.

Specialist will adhere to all clinical guidelines, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate records and clear communication with colleagues.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess EMT and healthcare skills relevant to patient care and clinical support.

- Candidates should possess medicine knowledge and training capabilities to assist in procedures and patient education.

- Candidates should possess solid communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

- Candidates should possess organizational, documentation, and basic computer skills for managing patient records and reporting.

- Relevant certification or diploma in healthcare, EMT, nursing, or allied health is preferred.

- Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is an advantage.

- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, follow protocols, and maintain confidentiality.
