Role Description The Health Insurance Executive will work full time on-site at the Noida location, supporting customers in understanding and selecting suitable health insurance plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining policy features and benefits, assisting with premium calculations, and guiding customers through the application and documentation process. The role involves coordinating with insurance providers and internal teams, handling queries, and ensuring accurate and timely policy issuance and renewals.

Executive will also follow up with existing and potential customers, maintain records in company systems, and adhere to regulatory and organizational compliance standards.



This position requires consistent interaction with walk-in and referred customers, with a focus on delivering clear information and a positive service experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Knowledge of health insurance products and general insurance concepts, including policy terms, coverage options, and claim processes.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain complex insurance information in a clear and accessible manner.
- Basic understanding of finance and financial products, including how health insurance fits into overall financial planning.
- Experience or familiarity with insurance brokerage processes, partner coordination, and working with multiple insurers.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM or sales management tools, with attention to accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time effectively, and meet defined sales and service targets.
- Prior experience in health insurance, banking, or financial services is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in commerce, business, or finance is an advantage.
