Education

Any degree in Microbiology, Biomedical, Biochemistry, FSN/FSND or Nursing, with or without prior experience.

1. Receive customer calls and help them in fixing an appointment for either a healthcheck up/ scan / any other consultation
2. Explain about any queries that the customer may have
3. Make calls to select numbers shared by the Lead (enquiries received by us)
4. Escalate calls / information that cannot be resolved to the Lead
5. Fluency in English and Tamil must (other languages will be added advantage) - We are now looking for a Kannada speaking healthcare executive on an urgent basis

Fixing appointments is the target Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
