Job Designation: Head - Tour Management Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and provide suitable tour packages. Create customized tour packages as per client requirements and budget. Prepare detailed travel itineraries including hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and activities.
Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and other vendors. Handle package quotations, bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups. Suggest suitable destinations, hotels, and travel options to clients.
Ensure smooth coordination from booking to completion of the tour. Maintain solid customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Required Skills Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of tour packages and destinations. Excellent itinerary and package creation skills. Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Ability to handle clients and multiple bookings efficiently.
