Job Title: Head – Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end loan operations and disbursement.
- Handle Secured & Unsecured Loans, especially Small Ticket LAP.
- Manage SLA, TAT, quality, and process efficiency.
- Lead and manage the Operations team.
- Coordinate with Sales, Credit, and Collections teams.
- Ensure loan files meet internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage internal & external audits and operational compliance.
- Monitor MIS, reports, KPIs, and team performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements and risk controls.
- Handle operational escalations and resolve process issues.
- Ensure proper handling and tracking of sensitive loan documents.
- Manage e-Mandate, e-Signing, Digital KYC, and related digital processes.

Required Skills





- 15 years of experience in NBFC / Financial Services Operations.
- Robust experience in Loan Operations, LAP, Secured & Unsecured Loans, Disbursement, and Back-office Operations.
- Experience in Team Management, Operations Governance, Compliance, Audit, Risk Control, SLA/TAT Management.
- Strong MIS, MS Excel, PowerPoint, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
- Tamil proficiency is mandatory.
- Willingness to relocate to Chennai, if required.

Pay: ₹166,667.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
