About the Role
We are looking for a Retail Head to lead our Titan and Tanishq retail operations across North Bengal. This is a leadership role based out of Siliguri, with primary responsibility for our Tanishq showroom on Sevoke Road, and overall oversight of our Titan Watch, Titan Eye+, Mia, and CaratLane stores across Siliguri and Gangtok.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive achievement of sales targets across all stores under purview
- Prepare the building-block plan for each store/brand and lead execution to deliver targets
- Motivate and manage store teams; design and roll out appropriate incentive plans to drive performance
- Liaise closely with Titan/Tanishq brand representatives on operations, schemes, and brand standards
- Prepare and present periodic performance and progress reports to management
Qualifications
- Strong Business Planning and strategic thinking skills,
with experience in developing and executing retail growth plans.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, monitor KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
- In-depth Retail and Sales experience, including managing store operations and achieving revenue and margin targets.
- Proven Team Management capabilities, with a track record of leading, mentoring, and motivating diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in office and handle multi-location responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
- At least 8 years of experience in jewelry sector with 5 years in a senior managerial position.
