Position Description:

This role is expected to lead the quality function with the ownership of maintaining and updating the quality assets as well ensuring the compliance of quality in all the operations including project execution, product development and business operations. This role is expected to be a single point of contact for customer support. This role is also expected to support the project teams as far as the technical documentation is concerned.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure activities as documented in the QMS are followed in the organization

· Conduct internal audits based on a published schedule

· Perform analysis of quality function and identify opportunities for improvement

· Perform the responsibilities assigned for maintaining the ISO certification

· Prepare monthly/quarterly quality department reports as part of ongoing continuous improvement

· Perform root cause analysis for process improvements

· Coordinate with customer organizations for quality assessments etc on a need basis

· Perform inward inspections, dispatch inspections

· Maintain all quality artifacts and coordinate for external audits

· Work with project engineers on preparing project documents for submission to customers,



adhering to templates and standards and meeting project requirements

· Maintain documents

· Be a single point of contact to provide customer support.

Skills & Experience

· Sound knowledge of Quality Systems and ISO 9001 in particular

· Ability to relate to business and apply the quality system concepts

· Ability to identify process steps and formulate a process using the knowledge of activities performed

· Customer communications in English. Other languages will be added advantage

· Positive knowledge of project implementation will be an added advantage

· Planning and management of activities

· Knowledge of general PC tools for documentation

· Around 7 years of relevant Industry experience

Educational Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree in any science/engineering discipline

· Exposure to Pharma industry will be an added advantage.

· Certification on auditing Quality Management Systems according to the ISO 9001 standard

· Additional relevant diplomas or certificate courses will be an advantage

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
