Roles You Will Hire For

- Video Editors (motion design, 3D, and more)
- Project Managers, Launch Videos
- Project Managers, Podcasting
- Head of Revenue, Podcasting
- New roles as each division grows

Responsibilities
- Source the top 0.1% where other recruiters do not look: X, Behance, LinkedIn "People" page under other companies, ArtStation, YouTube, UGC campaigns for hiring funnels over Instagram, end credits of different videos/movies, Discord servers, Reddit, motion and 3D communities, and more.
- Run cold outreach to people who are not looking, and poach them when they are the right fit
- Vet portfolios and track records before a candidate reaches an executive
- Be able to run interviews yourself
- Design role-specific tests with division leads, send them,



and review the results yourself or with the division head
- Follow up on every application aggressively so no candidate sits untouched
- Negotiate and close offers
- Keep the ATS clean and report weekly on pipeline numbers: outreach sent, replies, interviews, tests, offers, hires

Requirements
- 1+ year in recruiting, talent acquisition, or outbound sales with numbers you can show
- Proof you have sourced and closed people who were not looking for a job
- An eye for creative work. You can tell a excellent motion or 3D reel from an average one
- Strong written outreach. Your cold messages get replies
- Comfort with targets and high follow-up volume
- Experience hiring for creative, media, or tech roles is preferred
- Based in Bangalore, or willing to relocate, with ability to work PDT hours from the office
