We are looking for a seasoned Operations & IFM professional with 20+ years of experience in managing large, complex and geographically distributed operations.

The ideal profile should bring experience of leading 300+ workforce and ₹200–300+ Cr P&L; environments, supported by strong expertise in technical operations, MEP/engineering, HSE, CAPEX,



client & commercial management, crisis response and operational excellence.

?️ Defence Services experience will be strongly preferred.

Professionals with demonstrated scale, leadership maturity and a strong business orientation are encouraged to share their profiles.

? HEAD OF OPERATIONS – PAN INDIA | IFM

Sodexo is looking for a high-calibre IFM Operations Leader with 15+ years’ experience, including 10+ years with leading MNC IFM organisations such as JLL, Cushman & Wakefield or comparable global players, preferably not exceeding 45 years of age.

The role demands robust P&L;, technical, SLA, vendor and senior stakeholder management capabilities, with expertise across MEP, compliance, CAPEX, crisis management and operational excellence.

CTC: Up to Rs 60 Lakh | Negotiable for the right candidate
