About Our Client

Reporting to the MD you will:

- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

- Establish service procedures, standards, and best practices.

- Monitor service KPIs, equipment uptime, and customer satisfaction levels.

- Support field service teams in resolving critical technical issues.

- Act as the highest escalation point for technical issues.

- Build robust relationships with key customers.

- Conduct technical reviews and provide recommendations for performance improvement.





- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and warranty issues.

- Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.

- Address technical challenges and provide effective solutions.

- Keep updated with industry trends and integrate best practices.
