About Our Client

Our client is a leading conglomerate in the FMCG industry

Reporting to the head of supply chain you will:

- Own and govern the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning process.

- Lead monthly Demand Review, Supply Review, Inventory Review, Financial Reconciliation, and Executive IBP meetings.

- Ensure alignment between operational plans and financial commitments.

- Develop and continuously improve IBP governance, policies, and performance metrics.

- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to develop a consensus demand plan.

- Partner with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to balance demand with production capabilities and inventory targets.

- Identify supply risks,



capacity constraints, and mitigation plans.

- Drive inventory optimization initiatives while maintaining customer service levels.

- Monitor key KPIs including Forecast Accuracy, Bias, OTIF, Inventory Turns, Fill Rate, Working Capital, and Service Levels.

- Conduct scenario modeling and what-if analysis for business decisions.
