- Strategic Leadership: Direct the civil engineering division, setting project milestones, performance metrics, and long-term delivery goals.
- Budget & Financial Control: Oversee multi-million dollar budgets, monitor cost variances, approve material bills, and ensure profitability across all assigned projects.
- Team & Resource Management: Lead project managers, site engineers, and contractors; manage vendor contracts and allocate workforce resources efficiently.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce stringent health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring adherence to local building codes and legislative standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, government regulatory bodies,



and executive leadership regarding progress reports and risk mitigation
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; a Master’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience: 15 to 20 years of progressive civil engineering experience, with at least 5 to 7 years in a senior leadership or departmental head role.
- Core Skills: Advanced project scheduling (MS Projects, Primavera), financial forecasting, contract negotiation, and cross-functional team leadership

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
