Role Description The Head of Ecommerce is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Banaswadi, Bengaluru, responsible for driving Royaloak’s online sales growth and digital customer experience. This position oversees the ecommerce P&L;, defines and executes online merchandising and pricing strategies, and collaborates with marketing to plan and optimize digital campaigns.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring web analytics, improving conversion and customer journey, coordinating with technology and product teams on site enhancements, and ensuring inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment processes are aligned with business goals.





The role also involves leading and mentoring the ecommerce team, managing key marketplace relationships, and preparing performance reports and forecasts for senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce expertise, including online merchandising, marketplace management, and omnichannel retail understanding.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and Web Analytics capabilities for tracking performance metrics, customer behavior, and ROI.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and revenue-growth skills, with experience in driving online conversions and average order value.
- Candidates should possess effective Project Management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives, timelines, and ecommerce platform enhancements.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
