Role & responsibilities

- Able to Manage IT infrastructure, networking, servers, cloud technologies, cybersecurity,
- ERP applications, and IT support.
- Strong understanding of information security, data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Experience in IT asset management, software licensing, procurement, and cost optimization.
- Ability to lead digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives.
- Ability to ensure high availability and reliability of critical IT systems and business applications.
- Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies, policies, procedures, and annual budgets.
- Develop and execute the organizations overall IT strategy and roadmap

Functional Competencies

IT Infrastructure management

- Solid understanding of servers, storage, LAN/WAN, internet leased lines, Wi-Fi, end-user computing, and infrastructure availability.

Network and Connectivity management

- Expertise in network architecture, connectivity, redundancy, bandwidth management, VPN, firewalls, and network monitoring.

Cyber Security and Information Security

- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, endpoint security, access management,



vulnerability management, data protection, and incident response.

Business application / ERP

- Ability to manage ERP and critical business applications, system integrations, application support, upgrades, and user requirements.

Cloud Digital technologies

- Understanding of cloud platforms, virtualization, SaaS, digital transformation, automation, and emerging technologies.

IT Service Management

- Ability to establish effective IT support processes, incident/problem/change management, SLAs, service desk operations, and IT performance monitoring.

IT Compliance and Audit

- Knowledge of applicable IT policies, regulatory requirements, audits, information security controls, and compliance frameworks.

IT Asset and License Management

- Effective management of hardware, software, licenses, warranties, lifecycle management, and IT inventory.

Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree/MBA in IT is preferred along with 15+ years of relevant IT experience
