About the Role

We are looking for Head Enterprise Architect to shape the organisations technology vision and support its digital transformation agenda. The role will translate business priorities into a scalable technology architecture, define long-term technology plans, and strengthen architecture standards and governance across the enterprise.

Location: Chennai / Mumbai

Reporting To: Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the organization-wide technology and architecture strategy in line with business priorities.
- Establish architecture principles, standards, governance mechanisms and best practices across technology functions.
- Design and continuously enhance the enterprise architecture across applications, data, integration and technology infrastructure.
- Build and drive technology roadmaps covering Cloud, ERP, Data Platforms, Cybersecurity and Digital Technologies.




- Provide architecture direction and oversight for large-scale transformation programs across multiple business units.
- Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to ensure technology investments support business objectives.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in Enterprise / Solution Architecture within large and complex organizations.
- At least 7 years of leadership experience, preferably with an infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, technology or IT consulting organization.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, including SCADA, LMS, IoT/IIoT, AI and RPA.
- Experience in EPC, manufacturing, industrial engineering or large diversified organizations is preferred. Exposure to e-commerce will be an added advantage.
- Solid expertise in Azure/AWS, SAP/ERP, integration architecture and data architecture.
- Knowledge of industrial technology areas such as NPR, facial recognition, access control, BMS and engineering systems integration.
- Sound understanding of IT infrastructure and networking.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence teams across different levels of the organization.
