Function/Business Area: Sales and Distribution

Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

1. Understand different product portfolio offered by Reliance Jio for different spectrum of customer.
2. Feasibility of solutions and meeting delivery timelines as per customer requirement.
3. Prepare broad project scope and feasibility of link/solution deployment in collaboration with respective NPE and state enterprise teams.
4. Ability to understand the RFP in terms of Technical requirement, Scope, Security, legal and other aspects while preparing proposals.
5. Architects an appropriate technical solution to meet both JIO and scope requirement mentioned in RFP.
6. Establishes the validity of a solution and its components; creates and manages proof of concept and market trials as required.
7. Provides technical support in proposals, presentations, product demonstrations, and other client communications.
8. Actively supports the account team with solution advice, proposals, presentations, and other customer communications.
9. Facilitates smooth transition from sales to implementation by orienting the appropriate teams to the solution design.
10. Participates in the complete opportunity lifecycle from requirement analysis processes; gathering and assessing information necessary to integrate JIO products and services for providing solutions to fulfil end customer requirement.
11. Domain knowledge in the area of Wireless, Wireline and/or WiFi with exposure to disruptive technologies such as SDN, NFV, Cloud, Virtualization/Containers.

Stay abreast of how technology infrastructures are currently impacting and driving competitors.
13. Setting up and managing KPI of the complete resource under his preview.
14. Managing technical and professional growth of resource under his preview.

Education Requirement:

BE / B Tech

Experience Requirement:

12 - 18 years

Skills & Competencies:

1. In Depth knowledge related to Enterprise Products & Delivery.
2. Understanding of mission, vision & strategies of Organizational Goals.
3. Having Valuable Interpersonal Skill, work together with all stakeholders to meet the target and excellent project Management skills.
4. Domain Expertise: Excellent understanding of LTE, all kinds VPN Services, MPLS, FTTx, SD-WAN, NFV, SIP, IP Centrex, OSS, BSS.
5. Understanding of one or more of the following ITIL processes: Fault, Problem, Configuration, Performance, Service Management.
6. Excellent Communication, presentation, analytical and organizational skills.
7. Stakeholder management (Product Owner, Business Owner, PM, BA, Process Analyst, Solution Architect, Data Architect, Infrastructure Architect, Application Architect, Solution Designers).
8. Understanding of IP/MPLS network and LTE Network.
9. Strong analytical skills and be capable of translating complex business problems into conceptual solutions that fit the business need.
10. Ability to drive white board discussions.
