We are looking for an experienced and responsible Head Accountant to manage the company’s complete accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, taxation, compliance, MIS reporting, and financial documentation.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, overseeing the accounts team, ensuring timely statutory compliance, and providing financial reports to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations.
- Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts.
- Handle Tally/ERP accounting and ensure proper ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and other financial statements.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns and other applicable returns.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation and cash management.
- Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports for management.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.




- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and other financial institutions.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting policies.
- Review and verify invoices, vouchers, payments and accounting entries.
- Assist management in budgeting, financial planning and cost control.
- Supervise the accounts team and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping.
- Good working knowledge of Busy Software.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS and Income Tax.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and audit processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage and supervise an accounting team.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
