Role Description The Head Agency role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode, responsible for leading overall agency operations and client delivery. This role oversees strategic planning, campaign development, and execution across digital content, branding, social media, and performance marketing projects.

The Head

Agency guides cross-functional teams, manages client relationships, and ensures that projects meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations. Daily responsibilities include supervising creative and content production, coordinating with design and technical teams, reviewing proposals and pitch decks, and monitoring project performance and KPIs. The role also involves mentoring team members,



optimizing internal processes, and driving business growth through new client acquisition and service innovation.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in leading a marketing or digital content agency, with strong skills in strategic planning, client management, and project leadership.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and performance marketing, with the ability to interpret campaign analytics and optimize results.
- Background in branding and content development, including experience with naming, brand positioning, and text, image, and video content creation.
- Experience coordinating creative production such as ad films, promo videos, product and business photoshoots, and collaborating with design and technical teams on website or e-commerce projects.
- Strong people management skills, including team mentoring, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration in a rapid-paced agency environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a capacity to manage stakeholders, lead pitches, and build long-term client partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in digital marketing or branding are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, with a hands-on leadership style and readiness to engage directly in day-to-day operations.
