Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, printers, UPS, and IT peripherals.
- Install and replace hardware components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, motherboard, processor, etc.
- Perform OS installation, driver configuration, BIOS setup, and basic software troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, and network connectivity issues.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients and internal users.
- Perform preventive maintenance and maintain service reports.
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty repairs and hardware replacements.
- Maintain IT asset and hardware inventory records.
- Resolve service requests within defined timelines.
- Travel to client locations for installation and technical support when required.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. / ITI in Computer Hardware, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in hardware/desktop support or IT field service.




- Good knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle client requirements.
- Willingness to travel for onsite support.
