Key Responsibilities:

- Hardware Maintenance &
- Troubleshooting

:

- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues in a timely manner.

- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.

- Network Administration &

- Support

:

- Assist in the setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, and other network connections.

- Support network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.

- Resolve connectivity issues and optimize network performance.

- Software Installation &

- Support

:

- Install and configure operating systems (Windows/Linux) and application software.

- Provide end-user support for software and hardware-related issues.

- Ensure proper licensing and software compliance.

- IT Security &

- Backup Management

:

- Assist in implementing basic network security protocols such as firewalls and antivirus solutions.

- Manage backup and recovery processes for critical data and systems.

- Documentation &

- Reporting

:





- Maintain detailed logs of technical issues and their resolutions.

- Document network configurations and hardware inventory.

- Generate periodic performance and maintenance reports.

- Collaboration:

- Work closely with the IT team to implement infrastructure improvements.

- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware procurement and issue resolution.

- Independent Project Execution:

- Independently execution of the project with above mentioned points on premise or client side.

Required Skills:

- Solid understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.

- Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including IP addressing, subnets, and VLANs.

- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems and basic troubleshooting tools.

- Understanding of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
