Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hardware Lead with 7–9 years of experience in hardware development to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in hardware development and the ability to independently drive projects from concept to completion. The candidate should demonstrate ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and contribute to hardware development activities across the complete product development lifecycle.
- Take ownership of hardware development projects and independently drive them to completion.
- Work on hardware architecture, circuit design, schematic development, component selection, prototyping, debugging, and validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware, software, mechanical, testing, and manufacturing teams.
- Review technical designs and provide guidance on hardware development and troubleshooting.
- Identify and resolve hardware-related technical issues during development, testing,



and product validation.
- Ensure hardware development activities are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.
- Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and project planning activities.
- Demonstrate hands-on technical expertise and contribute to continuous improvement of hardware development processes.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7–9 years of relevant experience in hardware development.
- Robust technical expertise in hardware development and product design.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of assigned projects.
- Proven track record of completing at least 1–2 end-to-end hardware product development cycles.
- Robust problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good understanding of hardware development processes from design through validation and productization.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Medical device development experience will be an added advantage.
