(PRESCO) Position: Hardware & Network Engineer Experience: Minimum 1 Year Salary: ?20,000 – ?30,000 per month Job Type: Full time Job SummaryWe are looking for a technically skilled Hardware & Network Engineer with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in computer hardware, networking, system troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure support. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office IT systems, resolving hardware/network issues, and providing technical support to users.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, routers, switches, and other IT equipment. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues . Configure routers, switches, access points, IP addresses, DNS, DHCP, and basic firewall/network settings.

Perform Windows installation, formatting, driver installation, software configuration,



and system upgrades. Troubleshoot desktops/laptops and coordinate hardware repairs or replacements when required. Maintain and monitor the office network and ensure stable connectivity.

Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other peripherals. Provide technical support to employees for system and network-related issues. Maintain records of IT assets, hardware allocation, repairs, warranties, and replacements.

Coordinate with internet service providers and other IT vendors for technical issues. Perform regular system checks, backups, updates, antivirus checks, and preventive maintenance. Support new employee system setup, email/software configuration, and IT asset allocation.
