Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Hardware and Network Engineer to manage, maintain, and secure our daily IT infrastructure. In this role, you will oversee hardware assembly, peripheral maintenance, local network configurations (LAN/WLAN), server uptime, and user-level desktop support across our facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Hardware & Systems Maintenance:

- Assemble, configure, deploy, and service desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and peripheral hardware.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware faults, component failures, and OS-level issues (Windows, Linux, macOS).

- Coordinate warranty claims, vendor repairs, and component replacements.

- Network Administration:

- Set up, configure, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, modems, Wi-Fi access points, and firewalls.

- Monitor network performance, bandwidth usage, and latency; troubleshoot connectivity drops and IP conflicts.





- Terminate cables (CAT6/RJ45), manage patch panels, and maintain structured rack cabling.

- Security & Access Control:

- Configure user permissions, shared folders, VLANs, and VPN connections.

- Implement and maintain antivirus, firewall rules, and regular firmware/OS security updates.

- Manage data backup routines, local storage (NAS/SAN), and disaster recovery protocols.

- Assist in managing CCTV systems, biometric attendance, and access-control hardware if required.

- User Support & Documentation:

- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support to in office and remote employees.

- Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT assets, network topologies, software licenses, and repair logs.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
