Openings: 2 | Full-Time | Field Sales

Choice Mediquip is looking for experienced and result-oriented Field Sales Executives who are comfortable working with clear activity and sales targets in the highly competitive medical equipment market.

This position is for candidates with proven field-sales experience.

What We Expect The Sales Executive will be responsible for an assigned territory and will be expected to:

- Make regular field visits to hospitals, diagnostic centres and doctors.
- Achieve the assigned daily customer-call/visit target.
- Generate the required number of qualified enquiries.
- Consistently follow up active enquiries and quotations.
- Achieve monthly order-closing and sales targets.
- Identify and approach the appropriate decision-makers for each product.
- Develop new customers and generate repeat business from existing customers.
- Plan and manage the assigned territory independently.
- Maintain accurate customer, enquiry and follow-up information.
- Be comfortable with online daily reporting and CRM-based sales management.




- Update visits, enquiries, follow-ups and sales opportunities within the prescribed timelines.

Who We Are Looking For We are specifically looking for candidates who:

- Have prior experience in field sales.
- Have experience in Medical Equipment, Surgical Products, Diagnostic Equipment or Hospital Products.
- Are accustomed to working with daily activity targets and monthly sales targets.
- Can generate their own enquiries through regular field coverage.
- Have robust follow-up and order-closing ability.
- Are comfortable working in a competitive and target-driven market.
- Are disciplined in CRM updating and online reporting.
- Can independently manage an assigned sales territory.
- Are willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

Compensation Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Based on relevant experience and suitability.
