Job Title: Gym Manager
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily gym operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle gym staff, trainers, and front-desk activities.
- Manage memberships, renewals, and customer queries.
- Achieve monthly membership and sales targets.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and gym discipline.
- Monitor cleanliness, equipment, and overall gym maintenance.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and coordinate with management.
Requirements:
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Leadership and team-management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in gym/fitness or sales management preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
