Experience Team – Overview The Experience Team manages the end-to-end client journey, ensuring smooth front-desk operations, hospitality, sales support, and post-sales coordination while maintaining Dazzles’ service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client reception, inquiries, appointments, and customer flow.
- Ensure daily store and front-desk readiness before opening.
- Coordinate client movement across sales, billing, QRD, and other teams.
- Maintain hospitality and service standards throughout the client journey.
- Support sales teams with client engagement and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate post-sales, alterations, feedback, and client exit experience.
- Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
