Job Summary We are looking for a GST Executive who has practical knowledge of GST compliance, e-invoicing, GST returns, ITC, GST refunds and related documentation.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate GST records, preparing compliance-related data and ensuring timely completion of GST activities, including domestic and export transactions.

Key Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and generate E-Invoices for domestic and export transactions as applicable.
- Prepare Annexure-B and supporting details/documents for GST refund applications.
- Regularly update and maintain DTA (Domestic Tariff Area) and Export Registers.
- Prepare and compile data required for Annual GST Return (GSTR-9).
- Prepare and verify annual-return data for Vinex and Bhalla.
- Prepare and compile GST-related data for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Ensure correct classification and reporting of transactions in the relevant GST return columns.
- Perform basic GST reconciliation between books of accounts, invoices, returns and other GST records.
- Check Input Tax Credit (ITC) eligibility and identify Blocked/Ineligible ITC as per applicable GST provisions.
- Maintain proper GST records, working papers, registers and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Sales, Purchase and other relevant departments for GST-related information and corrections.
- Assist in responding to GST-related queries and provide required information/documents to seniors, consultants or auditors.
- Ensure GST-related activities are completed accurately and within the applicable compliance timelines.

Knowledge & Eligibility Criteria
- Basic knowledge of GST rules, regulations and applicable provisions.
- Understanding of eligible ITC and Blocked/Ineligible ITC.




- Familiarity with preparation and reporting of data in GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, including understanding of relevant columns.
- Familiarity with preparation, compilation and reconciliation of data required for Annual GST Return (GSTR-9).
- Good working knowledge of E-Invoice preparation and generation for domestic and export transactions.
- Basic understanding of GST refund process and Annexure-B.
- Understanding of DTA and Export Registers and their maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of GST reconciliation and documentation.

Skills Required
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of Tally/ERP or other accounting software will be preferred.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with large volumes of financial and GST data.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain proper documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated with GST requirements.

Educational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
- Candidates with relevant practical experience in GST compliance will be preferred.

Experience 1–3 years of relevant experience in GST, taxation or accounts, preferably with hands-on exposure to:

- GST return preparation
- E-Invoicing
- ITC reconciliation
- GST refunds
- Annual return data preparation
- Domestic and export transactions

Compensation ₹21,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on the candidate's qualifications, practical knowledge and relevant experience.
