nKey Responsibilities:

- Accurately transcribe audio recordings, statements, and notes.n
- Proofread and format documents as per company standards.n
- Ensure correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and terminology.n
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.n
- Upload and manage documents in electronic systems.n
- Meet defined quality and productivity targets.n
nRequirements:

- n
- Bachelor’s degree.n
- Transcription diploma/certification is mandatory.n
- 1–3 years of relevant transcription experience.n
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with high accuracy.n
- Excellent English, listening, and proofreading skills.n
- P&C; Insurance knowledge is an added advantage, not mandatory. n
