Role Description The Growth Marketing Manager role at FACT BYTE is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, the team member will plan and execute growth-focused marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention for the fintech platform.

Responsibilities include analyzing marketing and web performance data, optimizing funnels, managing marketing automation workflows, and coordinating cross-functional projects with product, sales, and data teams. The role also involves experimenting with new growth strategies, managing performance metrics and dashboards,



and preparing regular reports and insights for leadership.

Manager will contribute to go-to-market initiatives, refine messaging, and ensure campaigns align with the company’s mission of financial literacy and fraud prevention.

- Candidates should possess skills in Growth Marketing and performance-driven campaign management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics for data-driven decision-making.

- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing or analytics are an advantage.
