​About the Chance

​We are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketer who can effectively blend performance marketing, brand storytelling, and AI tools to drive measurable business growth. If you thrive on analyzing campaign numbers, experimenting rapidly, and using modern AI workflows to scale marketing execution, this role is for you.

​Key Responsibilities

​1. Performance Marketing (Core)

​Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

​Manage budgets, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and scaling strategies.

​Build high-converting funnels and conduct continuous A/B testing across ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.

​2. Branding & Creative Strategy

​Develop engaging ad angles, hooks, and messaging that align with direct response and brand storytelling.

​Guide creative teams on producing high-performing static ads, video ads, and User-Generated Content (UGC).

​3. AI-Driven Execution

​Utilize AI tools (such as Claude) to generate ad copy, draft landing pages, ideate creative concepts, and summarize data.

​Build prompt systems and repeatable AI workflows to increase marketing operational speed and efficiency.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

​Monitor and analyze key metrics including CTR, CPC, CAC, LTV, ROAS, Impression Share, and Video Completion rates.

​Work with Google Analytics and Google Sheets to map performance, identify funnel leakages, and uncover scaling opportunities.

​Make data-backed decisions rather than relying on assumptions.

​5. Experimentation & Scaling

​Continuously test new ad creatives and video angles to identify top-performing concepts.

​Scale winning campaigns aggressively while quickly phasing out underperforming ads.

​Document processes to build repeatable growth playbooks.

​Candidate Requirements

​Experience: Minimum 3 years in performance marketing and growth experimentation.

​Core Skills: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, funnel optimization, and Web Analytics tools.

​Tool Familiarity: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and leveraging AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) for marketing execution.

​Mindset: Strong analytical acumen with an experimental, test-and-learn orientation.
