Are you a Virohan-ite?
Do you naturally look at a business problem and start asking “Why does this work the way it does?” Do you understand sales beyond just targets and numbers — the people, processes, technology, incentives and systems that collectively create a sales engine? Do you enjoy taking something messy and ambiguous, breaking it down, finding the underlying problem and building a better way of doing it? If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with people across functions and creating systems that make a business dramatically more productive, you’re reading the right JD.
What you’ll be responsible for:
1-) Solving Sales Design Challenges
- Understand the sales engine end-to-end — people, processes, technology, incentives and operating rhythms.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies that are limiting sales productivity or growth.
- Understand how sales teams operate on the ground and translate those observations into scalable solutions.
- Build frameworks, processes and systems that make sales execution more predictable.
2-) Building Systems & Leverage
- Identify opportunities for automation or better processes to eliminate repetitive manual work.
- Work with Product, Tech and Operations to build tools and systems for the Sales organisation.
- Improve CRM, dashboards and workflows so teams spend more time selling and less time managing processes.
- Create systems that scale as the sales organisation grows.
3-) Driving Sales Productivity
- Define and track the metrics that matter for sales productivity and effectiveness.
- Diagnose productivity gaps across teams, territories, managers and funnel stages.
- Design interventions to improve conversion, productivity and throughput.
- Measure impact and continuously iterate.
4-) Owning Cross-functional Programs
- Lead high-impact projects across Sales, Product, Tech, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
- Bring structure to ambiguity and drive projects from problem definition to implementation.
- Ensure recommendations get implemented and create measurable business outcomes.
5-) Building the Operating System for Scale
- Create playbooks, SOPs,
dashboards and review mechanisms that improve execution.
- Build mechanisms for early problem identification and better decision-making.
- Continuously find leverage to make the organisation faster, simpler and more effective.
You are the right fit for the role, if:
- You have 3-6 years of experience in consulting, business operations, sales strategy, revenue operations, program management or a similar problem-solving role.
- You understand inside sales and are comfortable operating close to the sales floor.
- You are highly analytical and can move comfortably between data, people and business problems.
- You have robust business ownership — you care about whether something moved the metric, not just whether the project was completed.
- You enjoy solving ambiguous problems and creating structure where none exists.
- You are comfortable working with Product & Tech teams and translating business problems into systems or product requirements.
- You are extremely execution-oriented and willing to get your hands dirty.
- You communicate clearly and can influence teams without necessarily owning them directly.
- You are obsessed with finding leverage — doing more with less.
Why this is a great opportunity for you:
- Work on important problems at the intersection of Sales, Technology and Business.
- High ownership and autonomy to build systems from the ground up.
- Work directly with senior leadership and see your ideas move from problem statement to implementation.
- Opportunity to fundamentally shape how a high-growth sales organisation operates at scale. Open, honest and transparent culture where you own your growth and outcomes.
