We are early-stage and growing, and you would be one of the first two members of our sales team.

What you'll do

- Identify business owners across Kozhikode district who fit our member profile
- Hold discovery conversations to understand their business before presenting anything
- Invite qualified prospects to the Rise Summit, our entry event, and follow through on confirmations
- Present RUN accurately, handle questions honestly, and help the right people decide
- Keep your pipeline tracker updated every day and report your numbers daily




- Hand new members over to their Pod with useful context

What we're looking for
- Fluent Malayalam and good spoken and written English
- 1+ year in a target-based role (sales, business development, insurance, banking, real estate or similar). Strong freshers will be considered.
- Comfortable approaching business owners, by phone and in person
- Disciplined with routines, follow-ups and data
- Able to travel within Kozhikode district
