About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Associate to work directly with our Founder & Co-Founder on business development and client growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead generation through LinkedIn, email and social media.
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Cold outreach, client communication and follow-ups.
- Lead enrichment and nurturing.
- Market and competitor research.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and assist with pricing/billing.
- Client onboarding.
- Support business development activities with the founders.
- Attend industry and networking events to generate business opportunities and build relationships.
- Maintain lead and opportunity records.

Requirements





- 6 months – 1 year experience in sales, business development, lead generation, marketing or similar roles.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Comfortable with cold calling/outreach and client interaction.
- Strong research and communication skills.
- Commercially aware and proactive.
- Comfortable attending networking and industry events.
- LinkedIn, Canva, Excel or CRM experience is a plus.
- Candidates must be comfortable with a full time onsite role in Bengaluru.
